PCYC Programmes

Paul joined NSW Police in 1999 and was first stationed at Brisbane Water Local Area Command (Gosford region).  I worked there until 2007 then transferred to Eastwood Local Area Command until 2015.  Over this time I have worked in general duties policing for 10 years and pro-active policing units for 5 years investigating break and enter/property and drug offences.I joined Youth Command in the role as Youth Case Manager at Hornsby Kuring-Gai PCYC in January 2015.  My operational policing experience has given me a solid foundation to understand the patterns of behaviour and the needs of our youth, to explore the background behind the actual offence itself in developing strategies to combat crime from a different angle.
