Extending the hand of Friendship

This week President Marlene,Janelle Speight and Ian Cameron attended the Ku-ring-gai Council's Community launch of the 'Welcome Pack' project to assist Syrian, Afghan and Iraqi refugees with essentials on arrival into NSW.

40 Community Organisations were represented at the launch. Wahroonga Rotary has been a member the Advisory committee at the request of Mayor Cheryl Szatow and have developed the Donations Portal and established tax deductibility status for the Project via Rotary's RAWCS Benevolent Fund.
