President Marlene Carty was pleased to make two announcements at the Club meeting yesterday.

A well earned Paul Harris Fellowship was awarded to Past President David Russell--congratulations David.

And-- Neil McWhannell was appointed the Club's 41st President by the Board--for 2016/2017--congratulations Neil
