Rotary Club of Wahroonga recognised some special champions of sustainability and community in Ku-ring-gai this morning as part of their Vocational Awards breakfast at the Pymble Golf Club

Awardee Achievements:
Alex McManus – Kitchen2Compost initiative linking businesses including, Kipling's Garage Bar, and Community Gardens to reduce food waste through composting.

Michelle Tan – Sustainability Champion at Playdays Childcare Wahroonga for implementing resource saving initiatives with staff and children.

Maree Ryan– Quiet achiever award for always putting community first and a lifetime of care and passion for immunisation health and wellbeing of children locally.
